Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday June 25th, 2020 at 9:15am EST we’ll be doing “Boot Camp: Heavy Weights” Live! Get ready to pick up some heavier weights and slow down the reps. You’ll have six rounds of the following sequence of exercises....cardio, lower body, upper body and core! We’ll be working in a controlled 12 rep range for each exercise (for the most part). Equipment Needed:

A full sized step with three or four risers under each side.

A fitness mat
