Hi Everyone! This month we’ll keep things toasty with a mix of weight workouts, cardio, and some functional routines that include deep stretches to lengthen your hard worked muscles. Take extra rest whenever needed and feel free to add in recovery workouts on any days you choose. Work hard and have fun!

T- Rockout Knockout- (did about 20 minutes my shoes needed replacing)

M-Cross Fire :TS:Low impact Tabata/ICE MM: Shoulders + core from Athletic Training
T-LITE: Rev’d up Rumble TS:#4
