June 2005 Goals Check-in

I resurrected this to add another goal to my list...

Here's mine:

1. No sweets for the month (I think this one is in the bag!)
2. Lose 5 lbs. (Down two pounds and a few inches this month!)
3. Fit into my skinny jeans (see #1 and #2) (Haven't tried them again yet)

*AND*

4. Accomplish the KickMax Blasts

Tammy!!! What'd you have to dig up this old thing!!! Now I'm going to have to measure my hips!!! I need to print this thing out. I gave into PMS Sunday, didn't yesterday and about died trying. Did okay today!! YAY!! oh... and forget about early exercising... with my attempt to decrease caffeine, this just isn't going to happen....
 
These are my goals for this month.

1. No sweets for a month.(going very well!)
2. Lose 3 pounds.
3. Increase my water intake. (Not sure if I can achieve a gal. yet.)
4. Be more consistant with my ab work.
5. Be able to do 5 pushups on toes.
6. Add more yoga and pilates for lowerbody.
7. Do 6 workout days if possible.

Well I have alot I want to achieve this month. It definitely will keep me thinking about everything.

Sorry Jane...but somehow writing it here makes me more accountable, otherwise I would just put the DVD on the back of the shelf and not push myself harder.

Ok. Goals for June.

1. Watch my sugar,starch, high fat.
2. Do not eat 3 hrs. before bed.
3. Do cardio 5 if not 6 days a week.
Weight training 3 if not 4.
4. Lose 5 lbs. (will be happy w/ 1):p
5. Do Legs & Glutes once a week. (that video is my arch enemy)

These don't seem too tough but I'll be thrilled if I can do it.:D
