Good morning ladies!!

Though I would checkin and say hi before I get started with my day. Today's workout is S&H: legs and shoulders..Just waiting for the kids to get up so we can run and stretch and stuff..


Beth: I do get a little nervous when watching Chris play. I don't want my child to be the one to mess up and cost the game. Well, I don't want that for him! I am sure most of the moms feel that way too..

Hi Everyone!

I've got a weird day today... Doing some errands first while the boys are in school (this is their last and it's half a day), and then coming back for my Kick Punch & Crunch (minus the Crunch) workout! We're planning a trip to the new Red Robin that opened here, for a celebration for summer! I'm thinking there's not going to be anything too healthy to eat there. And yesterday was a horrible day for eating for me. I binged on junk all afternoon. I've been fighting this for a few days, and as much as I tried not to yesterday, it overtook me. There's emotional stuff going on that is screwing with my healthy eating focus!! So that's me...

How are you doing with S&H, Kathy? That's the one thing that deterred me from doing the JUNE 08 roation. I wasn't in the frame of mind to do S&H this month.

hey BETH! I didn't realize you were going on the July roadtrip!!! Is anyone else here? I longingly read the July Roadtrip check in yesterday (living vicariously through everyone going), and saw you were!! that's exciting! You're going to have to tell us EvERYTHING!! You must be so excited!!

Okay.. off to get my stuff done before "Summer" hits!....

Good morning!!! I just finished cc8 -- because of the hills at the end and me wanting to keep on the uphill part of the road, I still had about a mile to run/walk home after I did the whole thing. I felt great, except running downhill makes my knees hurt, so I did walk most of it.

Kathy, long before I had children my sister was watching her daughters play soccer and softball, and she told me she was nervous and I just didn't get it. Now when my son is in any critical position I completely get it!

Chris, yes, I'm going on the road trip -- I am very excited, fairly nervous, and also occasionally wondering if I'm just plain crazy. :)

Got done with KPC minus C!!

That is a good workout. Starts out innocent enough, and then WHAM!It hits you with all those jumps and fast punches... I enjoyed it though! Got my sillies out! LOL!!!

That is just the coolest thing, ever, Beth! What a fun thing to do.. I'd be so crazy excited just knowing i'd be WO w/ cathe LIVE!! ..

I'll haev to keep up with the Roadtrip check in ...

Chris: How was lunch? Healthy or not? I have never been to Red Robin. We have one here..We need to give it a try!! I am liking the S&H june rotation..It uses pyramids which I like a little better. But, I do like focusing on muscles and feeling it doing something. I have notice a little change in my biceps. I see a little more bulging when I flex;-)

Beth: Oh roadtrip envy!!! we will be living through you. So, we went detailed very detailed accounts of the activities..I was talking with a friend about going together to her studio to take Cathe's class maybe on a slow week when she would have time to talk with us a little!! That would be sooooo awesome. Maybe someday!! Hope you enjoy that trip. It will be here before you know it!!
 
You know what's funny about the road trip and you guys wanting to know things? I have a friend who I've converted to Cathe, though I don't think she reads the forums much if at all. Well, when I told her I was going on the road trip, she told me I need to see what kind of car Cathe drives, what kind of bag she carries, etc. Cracked me up! (my friend is not usually like that at all).

Are you close to Cathe's gym, Kathy? You should definitely go sometime if you're at all close!

Chris, I meant to mention that my eating went totally down the tubes at the end of my MIL's visit, and continued to plunge in the last couple of days. I'm really going to try to get back on track starting today!

Beth: I live pretty close..My friend told me she thought it would take me an hour to get to her house and Cathe's gym is about an hour from her. So, I guess I am about 2-2 1/2 hours from there..It is a hike. but, I hope I can get there sometime..
