July Rt Check in Thurs 7/3

KickMax for me today - boy was I talking to Cathe today!!!
I know alot of people don't care for KM, but I like it, especially the hated leg drills. Gotta love 'em!!

3 weeks left!! YIPEE. I'm arriving Thurs afternoon. I'm beside myself getting so close! It's killing me not to be able to pack already.

Good morning Raod trippers. I did 4DS biceps and triceps this morning. AND I did HIS yesterday afternoon and didn't do too bad which made me EXTREMELY happy! Isn't that the most awesome feeling in the world when you do a workout and do better than you thought you would???

I can't believe that in 3 weeks we will get to meet everyone. I'm so excited but also nervous.

Tami - I get in Thursday too. Where are you staying?

Tami, I love the leg drills at the end of KM - I add them on to leg WOs all the time.

Bev, Glad you like HIS - I love it!

Well, I ended up doing LIC cardio blast timesaver at 9PM last night. I had a sudden burst of energy so I went with it!

Tonight will be weights, just haven't figured out what yet.

Glad to find someone else who loves the leg drills in KM. I know I will feel something tomorrow from it. Love that feeling!!

I am staying at the Fairfield. I should get in around 3pm. Driving in from upstate NY. Bubbling over!! I'll be wearing blue shorts & my white Cateh babydoll tee.

The leg drills in KM have improved both my flexibility and KB form, I remember the first time I did them, I thought to myself this is going to be easy, what can Cathe do to us using a chair...and then I found out!!.....:eek: While I prefer KPC in terms of overall KB workout, KM is a must have for the leg drills alone.

Tami...The long stretches without an off day are par for the course during the summer...I don't care for it, but I am used to it over the years...not many employers would grant me time off in late July to attend a RT, so it balances out.

Today was S & H Legs and Shoulders, definitely had a case of the shakes.
 
Good Morning July RTers!

Today was GS C&T using the mix and match and then SM2. I survived the drop set of pushups!:)

Tami--I also like the leg drills in KM. I'll be doing a combo of KPC and KM tomorrow.

Bev--Yeah to sucessfully getting through HIS yesterday!

Kate--I did LIC cardio yesterday...FUN!

Jerry--Don't ever think that anything Cathe has us doing (besides stretching) is easy! For me, anyway!:p

Tami, We'll be getting to the Fairfield at just about the same time. You'll recognize me by my enromous pregnant belly! No Cathe tees for me!:+

Jerry, ITA about your comments re KM. I never do the cardio part - only the drills and I'd buy it again just for the drills.

Gin, ^5 on the GS pushups! Those are awful!!!:)

Hi Everyone!

I did ME UB and APX (Amy Bento) Abs this morning. I am staying at the Fairfield with Kate and I think I am getting in around 5 but I have not coordinated with my ride yet. I don't have a Cathe tee but I am the red head with freckles and really pale skin.

I can't wait to meet everyone.

Back from a short camp trip, did ME today. Forgot how many leg presses it has:eek: and how long the Bicep and chest sets were:eek:
