Hello Tami, Gin & Jerry!

I came here for some motivation to workout tonight!
I did shopmax with DDs all morning at an outside mall, now we've had a nap so we'll go do swimmax at my in-laws pool.
Maybe some UB weights tonight??? I'll have to race DH down to the weight room after the kids go to bed so I can have the favorite weight bench! LOL!

I can pretty much guarantee you that I will never, ever, have to race my spouse anywhere to get to fitness equipment first, she's only to happy to let me take as long as I need!
 
Hi everyone,

I did Strong Legs and Abs this morning and plan to do Stretch Max in about an hour. Hopefully that will help the DOMS tomorrow!! That's an old workout and Cathe looks like she's about 16 but I still like it.

Hey Gin-I seem to recall that I tripped a few times the first time that I did LIS. So are you going to come and pick me up tomorrow afternoon when I try HIS???????
