July 5th Check in July RT

4DS HIS first thing (I am determined to conquer that one, doing better every time) followed by Butts & Gutts (Standing work, floor work on ball , Abs & the best part, the stretch) I haven't done Butts & Gutts in a while - WOW!!! Was I screaming today, did ya hear me? Walking lunges, thanks for putting those in twice Cathe!!! May not be walking tomorrow, thank goodness it's a rest day. I'll need it.

How did you do yesterday? I just bought rhythmic step recently, not sure if I like it yet. I need to do it more I guess.

Anyone have a rotation planned for the week of the RT yet? Sunday will be my rest day. Looking for something for Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs - Cathe's step class Fri am. Thinking weights on Thurs - total body. Open to any suggestions.

Hi Everyone!

I am getting off to a late start this morning but I will be doing DrillMax shortly.

Tami, I am trying to figure what to do that week too. I thought it was a step and upper body class on Friday so I was thinking of doing light cardio on Thursday. I haven't worked out my rotation for that week but will let you know when I do.

I'm back from vacation, so I'll try to check in here regularly. :)
I'm about to do L&G and abs from C&W and HSC. My DH is joining me. I'll ck. my calendar and see what my workout plan is that last week b/f RT and post again later.

Happy Saturday everyone!

I am trying to improve my cardio endurance so I grabbed (without thinking) Cardio Fusion. All I can is I certainly got a great workout and I hope that the step class with Cathe is not that intense!!! I was feeling pretty good until I realized that all of the Drill Max drills were included at the end of the workout! It was a major sweatfest and I am confident that I worked off the sinful sugar cookies I ate at the cookout last night.}(

I would love to hear what everyone has planned for working out the week of the road trip. I think I am going to let Thursday be my rest day since we will be traveling that day. Is anyone else bringing their families? My husband and two daughters (18 and 16)are coming with me and we plan to tour Philadelphia after the road trip. They are planning on kicking back and enjoying some down time while I go to the classes. They have teased me relentlessly about my loyalty to Cathe's DVD's, but I think they are very excited about this trip.

Well off to finally go shopping for workout clothes... I would not want to show up in the old stuff I wear at home. :D

You are absolutely right. Step/upper body blast. I'm glad you said so, now I will adjust my week that I haven't figured out yet....Will give it more thought.

Good Morning RTers!

Today I did Jari Love's Get Ripped and Chiseled. I had rented it from NetFlix. If you don't know about Jari Love, she uses low weights and high reps. I liked the workout okay, but probably wouldn't buy it. I just like way Cathe WAAAYYYY better!!:7

This year I will be on the last week of May08 rotation doing PS and IMAX2 that week. Maybe it's better to rest more!?!?

Kristi--Welcome back from your vacation. I love C&W abs. That music gets stuck in my head all day though!:eek:

Terri-- My DH will be on the RT. He has a friend in NJ to visit and may use Cathe's gym a couple of times. Enjoy buying new workout clothes.

S & H Biceps and Triceps and abs today!!!

My original plan was to take a rest week this coming week, but extra eating over the weekend changed my plans. My new plan now is for me to do Cathe's Stretch tapes the week leading up to the RT to recharge the batteries for the big weekend just under 2 weeks away!!!

Friday I did IMAX 3, barely made it through those plie jacks ouch:eek:

Saturday was HST I forgot about the biceps burn in cycle 3 }(

Rhythmic Step is so much fun, you will learn to love it! And the warm up song has to be one of my favorites. The Rhythmic step challenge at the end is total fun and the song "Womens got the power" keeps you going.}(

Love DM did it last Saturday, legs were talking to me for 2 days after that.

I'm coming to the RT with my husband and 3 children, one girl and two boys. My daughter is 14, they all think I'm a Cathe nut.
They all grew up with Cathe in the house. My crew will be touring around while I'm at the RT. Then it's off to Gramma's house.

I will be doing Cathe's stretch DVD leading up to the RT too!
I'm hoping they might calm me down as well as stretch me out :D
