I'm off in a few to do TJ: Fat Blaster, it's 30 minutes of interval, and then some abs from BM2!

It's Saturday, not sure how I'm feeling about that . I think I do need a break from the boys, but work isn't the break I'm thinking i want! LOL!...

Chris I'm thinking of doing a TJ too - Cardio Party or the kickboxing one Kick , Punch & Jam - I think? Hmm Fat Blaster sounds good too - ack decisions , decisions I guess I'll find out soon enough

Hey! We did not leave yet..... in case you missed it, we decided to do a spur of the moment (sort of) trip to Big Sur/Monterey. We'll leave in a little while, be back Monday evening.

Sounds like you guys have fun workouts planned! I just got Cardio Barre in the mail yesterday, so I did that. They have it set up with an Intro workout, Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced. Well, I did the beginner -- there was not a whole lot of cardio factor there -- I'm hoping when I get the moves down and advance up there will be more. It's barre work done at a pretty fast tempo.

Hope you guys have a great weekend -- I'm pretty sure I will be off-line the whole time. We'll be hiking, sitting at the beach, and going to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. I hate leaving Gina -- isn't that funny?!
 
Got Fat Blaster done (sweatYYY) and then did ab work from Get Ripped, which I'd never done before. it was so short , I added in Ab Ripper 200. Now I'm done!

Vilma: Wondering what you're doing!?!?! SO many choices, I know! Have you heard anything about new TJ workouts? THOSE I will definitely spend $$ on!

Beth: Have fun at the coast! Sounds wonderful!! Wish I was coming... Who takes care of Gina?.. The Barre workout sounds intriguing , you must keep reviewing it for us!

Off to break up the neverending fighting ... *sigh*
 
Chris, a guy who does some work for us around here will stay at the guest house with Gina -- and hopefully water the garden, too! Oh, and feed the chickens, collect the eggs..... sheesh, there's a lot to do around here on a daily basis.... if it weren't for the kids, I think Larry and I might never leave.....

I hope work is better this weekend -- sometimes even work is a nice break from the kids! ;)

Ok, I did RS this morning then ate breakfast and started cleaning the house. I got the vacuuming done, the kitchen cleaned up, dusting and the bathrooms clean. Thankfully, I got most of the laundry caught up during the week...

I think we will be headed to the pool this afternoon and then grilling burgers and hot dogs..

Hey guys -- I'm crawling out of my hole...and going into the salon. Getting a much needed trip for my eyebrows, my nails, and a trim for my bangs. Today, I think I'm going to try to do BM2 but if not some cardio for at least an hour. Yesterday, I only did PC3 and the day before I did 4DS Cardio Power Premix with PC2 tacked on. Good stuff.

Chris and Vilma -- I'm beginning to like Chalene for her cardio (at least on that burn interval workout). How does she compare to Cathe in intensity?
Beth -- what a nice trip! Have fun! I wish I had chickens but I think Evee would eat them. How do you get Gina not to eat them?!?! But man...I would LOVE to have real fresh eggs. I saw cardio barre months ago on craigslist and almost got it to try something different... maybe after I get STS.

Eeek, chores chores chores!!! Maybe I'll save the world instead of chores before the salon....

Sunday , Sunday :)

Today is another day of kettlebell swings followed by Squeeze Stronger.

Since I had not done SqS in its entirety for ages I felt some intense Doms from it the other day. OMG my entire body is still feeling it still from 2 days ago so I've decided to alternate SqS w/ cardio and a day of yoga for the stretching I need whoa - it feels good.


I ended up doing TJ's Cardio Party yesterday- :D

Kathy your day yesterday sounds so restful :) well minus the cleaning :)

Chris hoping you had a good night at work.

Hottie you put a smile on my face with your last post. How was your visit to the salon? I love going to the place I use as I always get a nice back, neck and scalp massage before she starts. I enjoy it :)

Beth I'm sure you are having a great time enjoy your mini vacay ;)

Just a quick "HI"!

I had a soooo needed GREAT night at work last night. I needed a break from hell at work and from the craziness of my boys at home. And even though I had to stay up all night to get it, it felt good!

Rest day for me today..

I have to play with my week this coming week with workouts, since I have my colonoscopy on Wed. And Tues is strictly a clear liquid diet, so I don't want to exert myself too much and get hungry. So Monday is planned Circuit, Tuesday= Yoga, Wed=Off (the day of my procedure), THurs= Cardio, Fri= Total body weight, Sat= Cardio.

Think good thoughts for another nice quiet night for me tonight!!!
 
Jeez, all my posts are being garbled for the check in -- I had a longer one written but the big thing of the day was that I did all of IM3 or at least for the most part. Sometimes modifications and sometimes walking during the blasts but my HR stayed up there! And then Joe and I did -- get it -- TOGETHER Ellen Barrett's fat burning pilates but he used 5lb dumbbells where I used 3lb and he LIKED it. Though when he saw my pouty face he said, Cathe is superior but I need something to work up to her!!! LOL -- will write more tomorrow... best to everyone!
