July 08 rotation Question about leg frequency???

Hello!
Did anyone notice that Cathe has you doing legs on consecutive days during week three of this rotation, FIVE DAYS INCLUDE LEGS.
Monday and Tuesday both have legs, some of the same exercises... and Thursday, Friday, AND Saturday.
Did anyone notice this, and if so, did you do the legs five times during this week?
Please help!

WEEK THREE:


Monday....Drill Max

Tuesday....Butts and Guts

Wednesday....Maximum Intensity Cardio

Thursday....Low Impact Circuit

Friday....Leaner Legs

Saturday....Cardio and Weights

Sunday....OFF
 
WOW! That is to much on the legs!! I would be so fried at the end of this week!! They need a break in between!
