Getting ready to decide what workout to do today. I was debating between Cardio & weights and Circuit Max...

Its going to be another hot one so I must start soon if I want to get in a good WO.

Circuit Day for me and its a toss up between HSC or HSTA.

Today is ME Upper Body for me.....even though I still have slight DOMS from PP a few days ago....so we'll see how it goes! Check ya's later...have a great day!!

Good morning ladies! Just finished doing Body Max 1. I think I've only done it once before. Cathe doesn't even seem winded in it but I was huffing and puffing the last circuit that I had to march around the room. Had a great workout!!!

What is everyone else got on tap today? Have a great day. I will BBL

Good Morning, Kathy,Shywolf,Iris, Vilma, and Lori!!!
Today I will be doing muscular endurance, haven't done that one in a while. I am not working out twice this week due to the roadtrip. I just hope I do not get DOMS from this workout. Kathy, cardio and weights is one of my fav workouts. Iris, it looks like we are doing the same workout. Vilma I do not have those workouts yet I plan on buying them this weekend-are they worth it HSC and HSTA? The reason I ask this is I know one is a bit easier than the other are they still hard workouts? Do they have complete different exercises than each other?Lori, I still do not think I have finished body max from start to finish including the weight segments-you are so right Cathe does not look winded at all!! BBL-Back to work for me!!!-Lisa

ETA: To answer your question about the circuits I will do my best as its been ages that I've done them but....from memory HSC is a bit more strenuous than HSTA

Lisa: I thought I would add my 2 cents..HAHA I think they are both tough workouts. I just did HSC a few days ago. I think that one is more of an endurance workout where HSTA is more a strength workout. Am I correct on that ladies?? I love cardio and weights too..I decided to do Circuit Max. Haven't done that one in a while..

Lori: I know..Cathe wasn't winded at all.. I did Body Max on Monday. I was so pooped after that one...

Iris: I haven't done that one in a while...Hope you got a great workout..

Vilma: Which one did you do? I just did HSC on Saturday..I enjoyed it..

Well, today's workout was Ciruit Max and boy was I sweating. It was rolling down every body part..Great feeling!!!

Now it is time to hit the shower. I am taking the kids to play putt putt with a friend and her kids. I hope we get through it without rain...The weatherman is calling for rain all day..It is not raining right now though. So, we are taking our chances that it will stay nice..

Hello again everyone! Had a great (felt like short, though) workout! I love the ab section on ME....
Lisa- did you do all of ME? I left out lower body..did that yesterday
Kathy- I don't have circuit max...what is it comparable to? I might have to get that one eventually.......

Kathy-Circuit Max is a tough one but for some reason I always dread that last cycle, probably because its the last one!!-Lisa
 
Hi Everyone! I did LIC this morning -- I am baffled. I have no memory of ever doing those barbell curls with the band added. Don't know how I missed it, unless maybe I haven't done this workout since I purchased my barbell!! It could be, I suppose......

On the HSC vs. HSTA -- I really had a memory that I liked one better than the other because the equipment switches were too crazy in one, but at this point, I'm not sure I believe my memory anymore. Having done HSC this week, I can say I did really enjoy that workout. I've been doing circuits lately, which I normally just can't stand, but have been really enjoying them. Trying to get in all the step practice I can for the road trip. :)

Banged out HSC; It was a great one. Got my HR up and helped burn a good number of calories - I'll be doing HSTA on Friday.

Would y'all believe it had been over a year I did HSC?

I didn't realize it had been that long.

Beth, when do you leave for the RT? Man I wish I were going, but with all the nonsense with this house it was just not feasible for me.

Vilma, I leave my house tomorrow at about 5am!!!! Not in to Philly until 7:30pm -- going to be a long day of travel. I wish you could go, too!!! Can't wait to meet everyone, but sure wish I could meet all of our checkin crowd.

I'll think of you doing ccpp Saturday, Vilma......

Hello all! So nice to see some new faces!:D Today I did LIC. Loved it. I felt good to be back working out after the flu this past weekend.

Beth, I do not do use the band with the BB for bicep curls. My wimpy little biceps can't tolerate it. :eek: I am so excited for your RT! You are leaving tomorrow!!! How fun!! I can't wait to hear how it goes!

Lisa, are you going on the RT, too? I am going in August. Just two more weeks! ME is a great WO, enjoy!

Iris, I love ME UB premix. It is tough, tough, tough and I always end up going light on weights and I still get DOMS! Good stuff!

Lori, I have not made it through all of BM yet. (Ok, as a nurse I cannot type "BM" without chuckling to myself..tee hee!) Great job!

Kathy, how do you like CM? I have that one but haven't done it yet. I am such a fan of LIC and C&W that I typically reach for those for my circuit wo's.

Vilma, Hi! :D I commented on your blog, but I will tell you again, Great job on HSC! :)

I hope I got everyone! A big hello to anyone I missed! I am off to check on my kiddos. It's pretty quiet up there.....
 
Becca, I tried doing the bicep curls with the band, but gave up after a handful of reps! That was just such an unusual thing that I can't for the life of me figure out why I couldn't remember it, but it just shows how little I've done LIC!!

Thanks for all the well wishes for the trip. I'll be back on Monday.............

Just did ME a couple hours ago-I don't think that was a good idea since I will be working out with Cathe Friday morning. I can feel the DOMS starting, hopefully it won't be as bad as I anticipate. Those legs presses were a killer today I just didn't get my adequate sleep last night and boy did that make a difference in my workout!! I guess I will be meeting beth at the roadtrip I am sure she is fast asleep having to leave at 5am. I will talk to you girls in the AM
