Good Mornin Journalizers,

I'm finding out, that posting my calories, what I'm feeling and recording my workout in detail, can be very accountable. I've learned that being accountable is an inspiration to try even harder. And that inspiration comes from posting it for everyone in the world to see. You automatically want to improve.

I've also learned to keep my journal separate from my comments, only because when I do look back at them, I won't need to search through the comments to find the journal.

Santana, What movie did you see with your family last night? KPC, I here it is a great workout. I own it, but never did it yet.

I watched "La Vita e' Bella" last night, OMY, it was so funny, and witty. The main character becomes a great hero of a husband and father. If anyone sees it be prepared to have tissues ready.

As usual I've eaten and need to digest before I do cardio, today. Will come back soon.

Every Sunday will be a weigh in and will use a caliber to record percentage of fat.

I feel really good today and nothing is bothering me.

I'm grateful for my husband. And all the equipment I have, to do a good job in my workouts.
