Jordon, how do you get all your information?

I'm so impressed with your knowledge of nutrition and fitness. I especially look for your posts because they teach me so much. I thought I was doing fairly well, but when you give out information, WOW! I listen/read. Thanks for contributing as much as you do.

Do tell me/us how you acquire so much information on fitness and nutrition. Have you studied it, live it etc....?

What kind of diet do you eat by? May I please have your fitness rotation for this month. And for March also?

You have helped me in a most recent post on exercises and nutrition.

I guess you missed my reply in the DVD rotations forum. If you don't mind, go to that forum and click on the CTX and strength thread started by Stephanie. When you find it, reply back on that thread so I know that you found my reply. I will be looking for your post and will post my current rotation.
