I just started having some joint pain in my knees. The pain isn't consistent so I wonder if I have some ligament issues going on. Every now and then while doing squats or lunges I'll get a sharp stinging pain and then it goes away. I just purchased Move-Free supplement (gluco/chondr/msm), hoping it works. I don't want to cut back or have to stop the workouts I'm doing....I've had such success and feeling great.
