Does anyone here have this? And if so do you like it? I really wanna get it cuz I heard something about it has a Six Pack Attack workout on the DVD. Anyone have it and like it? Thanks for your help

I've never tried it, but to me, it looks like just another ab gadget to appeal to those who think that working the abs in isolation is what gives you a six pack. I think you can get just as challenging of an ab/core workout using a stability ball (which is a very versatile piece of equipment) as using most of these gadgets. (And John most definitely didn't get his abs by using this gadget!)

It might show some results for those who have never worked abs.

Thanks Kathryn! That definaltey helps! I'll tihnk about it for a while. His abs didnt't look that great anyway. Well, when I saw the commercial I couldn't relaly see em that well anyway. Thanks

It doesn't look any different than the body by jake ab machine. It mimics the ab and back machine at the gym.
I never use the thing.
I would save my money.
