I'm doing an upper body workout tonight but I haven't found it yet.
This weekend went by too fast. I was at mom's most of the day on Saturday. She has been down and working on processing everything that has happened to her in the last couple of years. She is still having pain especially in her back that gets her down. I try to get her to walk, walk, walk, but she can't go far and she is afraid that she will fall. We had some good talks but other than that, all I can do is pray for her. I talked to her this morning and she seems good and went into work. She does better when she is around people.
I took my car to be serviced yesterday and I have an oil leak (which I knew about) that will probably cost about $600. I'm thinking of getting a new car. This one is 7 years old and it has 134,000 and I have money saved up for a new one so I think it's time. In January I put in over $200 for a repair job so I think pouring another $600 into this car is a waste of money. The mechanic told me that oil leaks are a tricky thing and once you have one, then you have them forever and I tend to agree with that because I had the same problem with another car and that it how it died.
Alisha ~ I am sorry about your job but you seem to have a great handle on everything and now you have another job interview. Good job for you!! I'm keeping my fingers crossed for your interview. Those thank you cards would be a wonderful idea. I did that after an interview and it really made an impression. I didn't get a the job initially but then something happened with the first person they offered it to and I ended up getting the job. It's always nice to have a business reference you can rely on.
Tricia ~ I hope you are feeling better today. I wish we lived closer too and then you could come to our scary (LOL) backyard workouts!! Anyway...I hope you are back in the groove, girl. Hang in there!
