Responsibilities:
Lead all activities relating to the Human Resources Information Technology group supporting Fort Wayne Shared Services, ITT Defense Financials, ITT Industries World HQs financials, North American payroll, and North American travel & expense. Lead, support & develop technology solutions to support enterprise objectives for ITT Industries. Work with Financial, HR & Payroll functions within Management Company/Value Center to improve systems effectiveness & efficiency utilizing Six Sigma methodology.
Requirements:
* Bachelors Degree
* Experience implementing &/or managing HRIS systems such as Oracle, Peoplesoft or SAP
* Strong experience in application systems development
Preferences:
* Six Sigma or greater
