I know we do not know each other, but can I ask a favor of you??? Did you see on the ASK Cathe forum where she replied about having such nice legs, and the kind of rotation she uses?? I can not put together rotations, just not my thing. She said that "she does shock-your-body type of workout two to three times a week that utilizes the interval concept throughout the workout. For me, this style of workout falls into many categories. Either a circuit type workout like Boot Camp, an all cardio mix of some sort, an all weight mix of some sort, a heavy and light mix of some sort, a weights/cardio mix of some sort. The key to these shocking workouts is to keep it moving and to give each and every change in the 40-60 minute workout my maximum effort."

Can you give me very quickly a 2 week run though I could do working out 6 days a week??? I would appreciate it so much, but I understand if you do not want too. I LOVE the new Body Blast Series, and all the weight premixes.
