Wow! Thank you very much for making me smile this Sunday morning! I seem to be coming out of from under my rock a lot lately, don't I? Well, this new series is so darned tempting that I am on-line every two seconds checking for updates, new pix, etc. It is pretty pathetic. My current rotation is very enjoyable. I do 5 or 6 cardios a week (typically 20-30 min. each) and then upper body 3x's a week and lower body 3x's a week. An example might be:
Sat. Imax II 1-5 and PLB
Sun. Imax II 6-10 and ME upper body split premix
Mon. C&W time saver step premix and the lunge & squat segments of PH -or- PLB up or PLB down plus abs from either PH or C&W
Tue. Body Max's step and upper body sections -or- a CTX cardio and PUB up or PUB down
Wed. Power Circuit's step and kickbox circuits immediately followed by Body Max's power circuits -or- Power Circuit's step and kickbox circuits followed by Boot Camp's cardio/lower body premix -or- Circuit Max doing lower body movements only during the compound weight segments
Thu. CTX upper body or PUB and abs
Fri. REST!
I've been doing my own upper body sets lately (thank you Annette!), but some weeks, I do ME's upper body split or Body Max's upper body and I really like what it's done so far.
