Did you really drop 2 dress sizes doing the CTX Series?? WOW!!!! I did a search a couple of weeks ago, and found your post about doing 2 bodyparts per day using CTX, and I am on my second week of it. I also throw in a couple of intervals from Imax once or twice a week. How long did it take you, and did you just do CTX?? Thanks, I am really impressed!!

Yes I did and thank you. But, I was pretty chubby so I had a lot of excess to lose and I had been doing Keli Roberts and The Firm so once I started with Cathe, I really turned up my fat burning furnace. I bought my first Cathe DVD (CTX) in February of this year. I was a 13/14. By April, I was a 9/10. I then bought all of Cathe's other DVDs and am in pretty good shape strength, endurance, and cardiovascularly speaking. I CANNOT stress enough the power of clean eating. I might have rock hard abs and cuts, but they are no where to be seen under this blubber. I eat horrible. I eat out of fear and stress and am also a recovered anorexic/orthorexic so I really have a hard time eating 'healthy' foods because I associate them with hospitals, starving, etc. I don't mean to bring you down, I just wanted you to know that doing CTX (for 8 weeks) did give me those results. But doing CTX and eating quality fuel would have given me even better results. But it's never to late to start progressing, so I am currently working on cleaning up my act (and my eating LOL :). Thank You for the reply. Right now I wear an 8, but I did just join WW's online and I love it. I did lose 3 lbs. my first week, which I know will slow down. I just have extra around my belly, hips, and thighs. Thank You, I don't know if I will last 8 weeks, but right now I am having fun doing this!!!
