Jillian Michaels Workout Rotations?

Hi all,

I am taking a break from Cathe and have really taken a liking to Jillian's workouts. I initially thought they were going to be easy, as I have been doing "advanced" workouts for years (Cathe, Amy Bento, etc.), but I was wrong - she is tough!

I am trying to lose 5-10 pounds and a couple inches (I know, we all are!) and I think I could get some great benefits by using her workouts. I have her 30 Day Shred (3 different routines), No More Trouble Zones, and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism DVDs, but I don't really know what would be the best way to rotate them to get the most fat-blasting benefits.

Has anyone done a rotation of her DVDs that gave great results or could someone suggest one - you can even throw in some Cathe if you like!

I've been rotating all three of her workouts with P90x for a few weeks now with great results. I've been doing 30 Day Shred and No More Trouble Zones along with the P90x Chest and Back and P90xplus total or upper body. I rotate Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism in every other week.

Also, you could get her Hot Bod in a Box, which is pretty handy for putting your own routine together and also has I think ten circuit workouts (on cards) included. It's kind of like a workout recipe box. :D

Thanks for the suggestion! My hubby actually does P90X; I've tried Kenpo and Plyo, but none of the strength workouts. Would you mind giving me a sample of a weekly rotation that you do?
 
I have all of her workouts, and consider them to be a light cardio workout only. So I don't have a regular rotation of them, I just use them when I want to do something, but not too taxing. My heart rate really dosn't go up high enough though.
