Jes, I'm SO sorry you have a migraine again. Do you think it's connected to your URI? Or perhaps to hormones? About 75% of my migraines seem to be hormonally induced, the rest...who knows? I do know when you wake up with it you're doomed. It' won't go away for at least a day or 6. ~sigh~ Do you have any meds to try? I have 2 different kinds...sometimes they help, sometimes they don't.
When you do feel up to getting S&H, you'll love it, I think. It's strange at first, getting used to the slow pace & the rest in between sets, but after awhile those are the things you love! You don't really have to lift heavy to do the workouts...you can modify all you want/need to. Also, originally they are designed as a 3x/wk series, with 2 body parts a day. I have found if I only do 1 body part a day, I have better results.
ANYWAY...glad you've lost some weight only because it will lift your spirits a bit! I hope your headache is gone tomorrow...I'll send positive vibes your way!
Ruth

p.s. Oops...forgot to answer a question. How do I find time? It ain't easy! LOL. I have to get up an hour earlier than I want to or used to. Then at night, I do my second cardio practically the minute I walk in the door...or I won't do it. If I get home really late, I may or may not skip it. Hasn't happened yet, but it will. Oh yes, it will. ;-)
