I started this rotation 6 weeks ago, and I am having really amazing results with it. My arms are looking so good, and Im just really enjoying it.
week 1
Mon ME
Tues cardio ( I have been doing interval walk jogs)
Wed Pyramid bonus mix (total body)
Thurs OFF
Fri Cardio
Sat PH
Sun cardio
week 2
Mon S&H Chest/biceps
Tues cardio
Wed S&H Legs/shoulders
Thurs Off
Fri cardio
Sat S&H back/triceps
Sun Cardio
Just keep rotating the two weeks until tired of it!!
I alternate my cardio doing 2 days of walk/jog intervals with one other kind of cardio, and I like to do 2 days of at least 1hr cardio,
and 1 day about 30 min cardio.
Its not real imaginative, but I havent had this good of results with any other rotation Ive tried--so I guess for ME, the is how my body responds best.
Hope some of you will give it a try
