I love Ripped and got Jari's newsletter today. She said she has filmed four new videos, the first of which she will release after the new year.

Does anyone have any more information than that?

I haven't found any info on these. Apparently they're keeping it quite tight-lipped. Anyone who has asked on her forum hasn't been informed of much, either.

From what I gather, Jari had problems after she announce the upcoming release of R&C. There were some delays and there were many upset fans. I've read it's because of that, she will not announce releases until they are ready to ship.

I will purchase her new workouts. I like her a lot. She seems very genuine.

I read on her site about a class she runs called shredmill that alternates treadmill intervals with weight training (or something like that). I hope one of them is a shredmill work out.
