Is it the same format as any of the Ripped ones, or different? My faves were RTTC & Ripped 1000. Although i've been doing p90x & now starting sts tomorrow, so maybe by may i'll want something new

It is called Get Extremely Ripped.

I am looking forward to a new Jari DVD. Other than Cathe, Jari is my favorite instructor.
