Does anyone use the ripped series regularly? I have just started with Get ripped to the core, and I find it a great workout. I use it on my not so strenuous days, usually monday!! But I was wondering how effective this type of weight training is? I prefer heavy weights, I love Amy Bento's slo mo challenge, and Cathe's slow and heavy, but there is so much 'science' quoted behind the ripped series that makes me want it to work!! I know it's there to make you think that though. The burn I feel is definitely different in these workouts though, it's not the shaking feeling, but a red hot burning feeeling, which doesn't feel as healthy to me!!
Does anyone recommend Jari at all? How do the workouts compare to a Cathe workout? In terms of calories, toning, and fitness results? Some places swear by slow and heavy, some by Ripped. Does anyone have any thoughts on it?
