jari love for legs?

darine

Cathlete
I just strated a Jari love / Cathe cardio rotation

I have S&L, Ripped to the core, Ripped 1000, Extremely Ripped, Get Ripped & Chiseled.

I really would like to stick to the rotation... I am thinking about adding a Cathe leg workout once a week. But I feel that it will throw me off the rotation, since I will have to add a cardio day between the leg and the next Jari.

Do you think I will see enough results in legs for fat loss with Jari and Cathe cardio?

suggestion plz... I even though of may be using the 30 min in Extremely ripped and do a dau of 30 min leg and 30 min Jari twice a week...

but i would like to stick to this simple cardio and jari but I need to mosly loose fat in my legs. but also wants to define upper body.

help
thx

The Jari Love workouts you listed ALL work the legs so you'll be getting plenty of endurance leg work. Plus, most of the ones you noted used combination moves (except for Slim & Lean and Ripped & Chiseled) so you get more of a cardio effect than doing one body part at a time.

Don't worry about adding a Cathe leg workout on top of this. However, if you need some variety in the 3rd week, you could sub in a Cathe wt workout (eg. B&G standing + BM2 UB premix).

HTH and good luck!

thx

I just did Extremely ripped for the first time and oh yeahhh it works the legs!!! much much more than I though. Basically you are working the legs the whole workout... GREAT!

I use to mainly do S&L and never really did the others... not sure why. but I am excited about doing that for a month. I hope for these results I have been waiting for!!!

Since the topic was raised...

Guess what I just did for strength? I actually took the wrapping off Extremely Ripped and tried the first workout and thought I'd give my review. I've had the workout for about a year and a half now and have never done it.

I wanted to do something really short and little equipment. With the ab section and cool down, it actually took about 50 minutes, longer than I had anticipated. My physiotherapist would like this workout for my ITBS- lots of balance work, moving squats and lunges. It's basically half an hour of lightweight lunges and squats with some light upper body work happening at the same time. My upper body did not get much of a workout at all, but my legs feel nicely worked. The key is to completely ignore Jari's inane chat, form and lack of cuing and warm up. Her form is the worst part, which is strange, because she actually did that mostly well in previous workouts. She never does full squats or full lunges and she moves so quickly that it would be impossible to do that at her speed. So I went at my speed and did the moves right. You never know what's going to happen next because she doesn't demonstrate any moves in advance at all, sometimes not even for the first one - she just tells the backgrounders what to do. My chest wasn't worked at all. Gotta say, though, her background female exercisers really are ripped. Lori from the other videos looks like a fitness model now. I didn't love it, but I hated it less than I thought I would. Jari was a wee bit silly, but she was also more personable than previous workouts. All in all, I would do this workout again when I want something fast and uncomplicated.
