I LOVE Cathe too, but sometimes I take a break to give my body variety. Plus it makes me love Cathe strength training all the more when I go back to her strength training videos!
I'm currently in Week 3 of the *mostly* Jari rotation I put together. I'm not looking to lose weight, so I can't comment on that, but I have maintained all my muscle tone and even had some DOMs with this rotation.
My cardio is usually 45-60 mins, and will be either a run, a spinning class, or a cardio DVD (step, kickboxing--whatever matches my mood!). I do try to make sure to do at least 1 HiiT or Imax-style cardio per week.
Also, although it's not listed, on days I do Jari's videos I have been tacking on additional ab work (usually a Cathe ab segment) b/c her videos are lacking in that department!
