Happy New Year! Time to start our New Years Resolutions which almost always includes losing the aproximate 5 pound holiday gain...or more, yikes!
I'm keeping this months rotation full of change. A good combination of heavy cardio and muscle endurance workouts to keep you jumping, pumping, and "thump"-ing (the noise you hear as each holiday pound falls off).
Bonus Advice: If on any given day you have extra energy, add on 30 minutes of intense cardio of your choice }(
