January Rotation - Thurs Jan 19

Good morning Phyllis!! CK for me today for the first time, I just bought it. I run but won't be able to get one in today. I have a hair appointment and another errand to run today. Busy week this week. I will tack on that run either Saturday or if it isn't too late, I may do a blast only w/o to sub. I suspect though CK will be all I'll get it. I won't be home until dark or after.

I've ust done a 30" gradually increasing tension spin session for the run. After I drop off the kids at school I will do CK. It is an old favorite of mine! My first rotation ever was CK and PW alternating days 3 x each per week for 6 weeks. That was back in '01. Since then I've had no patience for 6 week rotations!

body Max was fun yesterday. I managed to do it all on the step too. (8")

Hi ladies,

Today was CK and a 30 minute run. I was able to clock three miles in 29:26 min. that's a new personal best for me! -- I liked today's workout--no equipment needed except my treadmill. Sometimes, it's too much to be pulling all kinds of stuff out at 4:30 in the morning--right;-)? I'm also modifying this workout as I see fit, I didn't feel like being bothered with BM yesterday, especially since I did ME the day before. So I did TLT's BBB instead and a quick 1 mile run. I think I used too many acronyms, but you guys get the point:).

Woke up too early (4:15) and went for my 30 minute run then did Cardio Kicks. I am beat today! Cannot wait for Sunday this week. For some reason this week has felt tougher to me...

Hi Ladies. I did CK followed by the run. This morning for some reason I had to give myself a constant peptalk to keep going to the end. I've never really loved CK but at least I got to use my new weighted gloves again. I have to say they were effective in this workout. Good thing about following a rotation is that it forces me to re-visit some videos that I haven't used in a while.

I've always loved SJP so I don't think I need any peptalks tomorrow! Everyone enjoy your day.
 
I am probably posting in the wrong place , because I have not been good about following the rotation this month. And yet here I am !

Yesterday I did 50 min. on the stationary bike, today I tried the new Biggest Loser DVD. I did the low impact (25 min.) and weight (20min), along with w/u & c/d. It's nowhere near the intensity of Cathe, but perfect for me today.
Its TTOM for me and I haven't been sleeping much for the past week and I woke up exhausted with NO extra energy for a Cathe Marathon workout. This fit the bill for me and I liked it just fine.
If I'm feeling up to it, I'll join back with you guys tomorrow.

Becky, you're not on the wrong place!! How's that baby doing?!

I just finished Cardio Kicks and it was a fun workout. Not too intense, just right for me today. I didn't get in the run because I was so late getting home, I didn't even start working out until almost 8:00. I'll probably tack that run on Saturday. I'll do the rotation workout early in the day and then run in the afternoon.
