Good morning rotationers!!!

REST DAY, REST DAY!! and it is going to be good!! I know some of you are a day ahead and working on day one of week two. Which HCX are you choosing or what are you subbing if HCX is a little much to take after last week!

Rest day for me too, YAHOO! Yesterday's bike ride was tough, tough for me. I'm really feeling tight in the hamstrings so will probably pop in Karen Voights Yoga Focus video (think that's what it is).

Hardcore Extreme, hmmmm, I'm thinking that's a circuit workout? I'll have to go look that one up. I don't own it but if it's circuit, I may do one of the Terminators and then do the lunges after work.

Jeanette, #1 is a circuit mixing IMAX3 and HSC. #2 and #3 are interval workouts. I did 3 yesterday and it mixed IMAX3 and KM. I know #2 is a real burner, it alternates IMAX3 intervals with LowMax intervals!
 
I'm thinking about doing IMAX Extreme tomorrow instead of a Hardcore Extreme workout. I love the Terminator DVD and use it every chance I get. For some rason, I avoid the Hardcore Extreme DVD at all costs. I have to just do it someday soon. :)
 
Rest day for me and I am going to Disneyland! Yeah! I don't have HCX, but I really think I have to buy it. Why don't I just give up and buy every Cathe I don't have? I am noticing I don't have quite a few of the w/os needed for the upcoming weeks. :(

Don't know what I did yesterday, but I ended up with a sore left writs. I didn't do too many weights; I have no idea how it happened. I will have to wait and see if I am able to do weights tomorrow. I just may sub a cardio day and let the wrist take it easy for one more day.

I am really enjoying this rotation. Call me crazy. I really like pushing myself and getting over the barrier in my mind that says 'I can't." Somehow Cathe really makes me WANT to be able to do it. Along all of the really fit folks here on this board. I am just really motivated to challenge myself! I CAN!
 
Hi all - Jane, I opted to do Imax Extreme today instead of aHCX. I just didn't want to do and IMAX 3 mix again. I didn't do the walking lunges and instead of 300 situps I did segment 2 of Coremax. I don't have room in the house for the lunges and I'm not going outside in this cold, so I opted out of them. I'll have to figure out a substitute exercise for next time. I'm not a kickbox fan but I'll do kickmax tomorrow anyway. Since it's early in the week, I should have plenty of motivation!

Hey does anyone know it Desperate Housewives is new this week!

Whoops, I just looked at tomorrow's workout and saw the 500 sit ups. Don't know why I didn't see them before. I must be in denial.

Started week 2 today, did Hardcore Extreme 2, it mixes Imax 3 with HSC, didn't seem as hard as #3 which I did a couple of days ago. My lower back started bothering me part way through the workout so I had to skip a few of the back exercises. I think the first set of leg presses with the band caused the sore back.

I have done the walking lunges in my basement before I can just get out a set of 10 if I clear a straight path, today I thought I would try them on the treadmill set at a very low speed. Kind of worked. Then did 500 crunches not full sit ups. Is that what others do, or do you do the full sit up??

Anyone know how long tomorrow's workout ( Kick Max and Low Impact Step cardio) will be? Just wondering how early I have to get up?

KM is 70 minutes and Low Impact Step is 40 min but I'm skipping the w/u on LIS and the stretch and going back to KM for the stretch. Not sure but this may make LIS about 30 minutes with 70 KM, 100 minutes...
 
Rest, rest, rest!! I'll be stretching for an hour and soaking for an hour! I am so happy I made it through week one completely! I am really excited about this rotation!! I feel better than I have in a long time!
Tomorrow I am dreading 400 walking lunges! :eek: Haven't decided but may go for a run instead of any Cathe stuff. Have a great day! Susan
 
Hey ladies! I took yesterday off because my legs were screaming for it and I had lots of work to do on my house. So today I am making up for yesterday's workout. ah its gonna be a long week }( lol

First day of week 2 for me. First I have to say my rest day yesterday rocked! I had a nice swim with my kids and then I had a fantastic sports massage. The massage therapist definitely had her work cut out for her as my back muscles were brutally knotted and my legs and glut muscles were like rocks. The hardest part after the massage was leaving the table. I was ready to go to sleep...mmm!
Today I did Harcore Extreme #1 and Tough Core from Coremax. I'm going to do the walking lunges when I do my evening walk...hopefully it'll be dark enough that no one will notice.

Who else is having fun with this rotation?
