I am off to do Cardio kicks, 20 min. Gliding, 10 min. abs, 15 min. yoga fire.

Starting my workout will have to wait. I have to drive my daughter to the airport; she goes back to Boston today for school. There is much snow today so we need to leave early.

Based on the rotation I am scheduled for RS. I'll check back in tomorrow. TTFN :p

Edit: BFJ how do you rate gliding as a workout? it has sparked my interest. Is it knee friendly?

Rhythmic Step for me also this morning. I was so hard getting out of the warm bed, but once I got going and heard that music...there was no looking back.

RS and ab hits for me today. This is my absolute favorite Cathe step tape. I hope the Hardcore series has some complexity like this in it!

Judy, regarding gliding, I LOVE it! I feel the muscles burn so good!! It has been quite knee friendy for me. I am having fun with my gliding discs!! The intensity will depend on you. You can make it easy, medium or hard as you wish! I think it's well worth giving it a try. Is it a must?! Not really, but it's fun, gives variety and muscle confusion!! (You know most of the Wal-marts are carrying the kit for about $29).

good morning all!
busy weekend and I"m glad it's over!
I'm off today from work and gonna enjoy it!

today's workout: also did RS and it was totally energizing. I didn't do the RS challenge cuz I got up at 5:00 for a 5;15 aerobic's class for the first time and it wasn't all that good! But, I did manage to get my heart rate up for 10mins so I thought that made up for the RS challenge.
(yes, went to an aerobic's class and came home and did RS! crazy, I know)!!

I don't have RS, so I did Cardio & Weights instead. Don't know if I have enough time to do Body Max tomorrow, may substitute Boot Camp instead.

GREAT! Now you guys have me wanting the gliding kit! LOL. I have ZERO will power when it comes to exercise equipment and workouts. I am headed to Target this afternoon to pick up Core Secrets for $39.99. My sister is taking here stability ball back so I need to find one. I figured I may as well get a good one along with a workout at the same time. LOL....NO WILLPOWER! NONE! ZIP! ZILCH!

Came back to say that because of my limits on time in the early morning, I won't be able to fit in all of Body Max. So I think tonight I will do the Upper body and then tomorrow do the cardio, legs and abs. Also, instead of Cardio Kicks I am going to do KPC. I just bought this one and haven't had a chance to try it out yet!
 
This morning was RS which I have never done before so I did the first section once and the second section twice to help myself learn the routine. Then I did the first three step sections from Seasun Zieglers RSS. Does anyone else have this workout? The choreography is quite advanced and I need to work on learning this one a little more. I also did the RSS abs/plank work--it was a good ab workout. Tomorrow is Body Max. I don't know if I will have time to do the whole workout! Have a great day everyone!
 
Hi Maria,

I have both of Seasun's workouts and LOVE them both!! Once you get the choreography you will really enjoy the workout more. Her ab work always gives me DOMS for 2 days. I hope she continues putting out more workouts.

Aila, Thanks for the encouragement. I already think that she is great fun and I look forward to learning the rest of her step sections. I also have TNS but am tackling RSS first!
