Good morning!

I finished CK at 9:00 last night. Today I will work out when I get off work at 3 since my running for this week is over. I hate weeks like this. I'll do the 30 minute run I missed yesterday on Saturday.

Good morning Jane and all to follow, I planned to do SJP today but didn't decided to sleep a little later this AM. I will find out about my new job today and I'm more than a little stressed! My hands are shaking just thinking about it. More later. Phyllis

I didn't say in my earlier post what I'd be doing today, but of course, I'm trying to follow the rotation to the letter. Yesterday missing that run was the first time I've missed something. SJP today and CoreMax #3.
 
Phillis- Best wishes on your job situation! Perhpas SJP will distract you from the job thoughts?
Jane- CK at 9:00pm? That must have bee hard after wroking all day? I forgot what you do for work?

today I will do as prescribed. SJP and core Max#3.

I have new puzzle mats that I put down in a double layer in my basement workout area and I am looking forward to trying them out today!

Today was SJP, didn't have time for Coremax, I will put that in on Sunday with Stretchmax.

Overslept a bit so I only have SJ&P done so far. I am going to do my Winsor Pilates ABs video when I get home from work! Have a great day ladies - Susan
 
I did the weights and cardio premix from SJP & SB.
61 minutes long. That included abs, so I'm skipping CM today.


Now I am running late for an appointment, so I better get moving!!

Hi Girls. SJP and CM complete. I forgot that SJP had abs in it too. We are really getting a double dose of core work today. I expect tomorrow I'll be feeling the results.

Unrelated to the rotation, I have a new favorite veggie. Has anyone besides me tried raw parsnips? I bought them to use in soup but ended up using a different recipe that didn't need them. Worried that I might just have to throw them away I cut off a small slice and tried it. It's sort of like a carrot in consistency but has a coconutty/sweet taste. I've been eating them as snacks all week. Nutritionally they are rich in folate, vitamin K, potassium, manganese and also has a decent amount of fiber.

Yesterday was my first advanced Jazz dance class since April. My leg muscles are totally fried! I had an amazing time doing kicks and turns though. I bumped my rest day from tomorrow to today. So I'll finish this weeks' rotation tomorrow.
