Good morning fellow rotationers...

I really had to talk to myself on interval 9 yesterday of IMAX2. Those plie jacks just about did me in but I did them, I'm surprised I didn't break any teeth, I was clenching so hard!!! I went to bed at 8 and slept until 5:15 this morning so I should be good and rested!!

Today is MIC (hi/lo portion) and L&G's. If this rotation doesn't whip my rear quarters in shape, nothing will!!!

Hi Jane, looks like we posted at the same time!

Huge dread factor for Mic, but I made it! It seems endless, even just the hi/lo! Todays WO with th 1st half of MIC and L&G clocked in at 1'22". I used 1 lb ankle weights, usually I don't use any. So, this was more of a challenge.

I'm prepping for my 3rd interview today for a new position in my company and my stress level is high, so Cathe is definitely helping me here.

I love L&G's and I think I'm dreading it more than MIC due to all the work these buns have been doing this week!

I am going to join in today again with MIC and L & G, and I'm with Jane, I LOVE L & G but am dreading it most due to overworked legs and mine can't be as bad as all of you who have done the rotation from the start!!!:eek:
I am not a hi/lo fan, but I plan to do todays workout as written.

Yes...TGIF! I'm so glad today's workout is over. L&G is finally getting easier to get through for me. MIC is tough, those high leg kicks get me every time:).

Hi Everyone!
L&G is done , thankfully! Now I will spin in place of MIC. I did the hi impact explosive moves and all 'hi impact' yesterday in IMAX2 so today I really need to work intensely without more impact. This rotation is almost like a lower body blast to me. Does anybody agree? I almost got ride of my DOMS and then we had to do LM and L&G back to back! I am keeping the weights light too!

L & G and ab hits today for me, no cardio, my legs are doing just fine crying on their own today, thank you.

Today is my 10th anniversary, my DH and I are going out for a great dinner tonight! I am excited!

Have a great weekend, Saturday is going to be Kelly Coffey's new step tape with intervals, and Sunday will be PUB. I don't have HC extreme, but I will probably do MIC in its entirety on Monday to make up for missing the segments earlier.

I'm interested in how you like your new step tape. I've never done KC, but am always interested in new step workouts. Step is my very favorite and you can't have enough variety, as far as I'm concerned. But NO QUESTION, Cathe is THE BEST!!! (IMHO)

I am done with my workout and all I can say is UNCLE!!!!!!!!!! OMG!!
Hi/lo is my least favorite and I swear, there is a LOT more HI than low in that workout!!!;( but got that done and then did L&G. I LOVE that workout but it was really tough today. Am VERY glad I am done!!!
I'm RELIEVED to see PUB for tomorrow!!! Of course, theres also a 30 minute run........but I am ignoring that for today!! Simply can't face it!;) :p :eek:

Woke up very early ( 4:15) to start bouncing around to MIC. Usually the 1st part bothers me so early in the morning. Today it didn't. I don't have L & G yet so I did Pyramid Lower Body. I love the ball work at the end, my hamstrings were crying though! I am actually looking forward to my run tomorrow and Pyr. Upper. And then there is that light at the end of the tunnel ... REST day!!! Yeah!!

Last night I did the LowMax/Imax2 combo. I used my disc changer and interspersed the intervals, alternating between LowMax and IMAX2. It was really cool and fun and I did it, albeit on a 6" step, but I made it through and it felt good.

I am going to switch tonight and tomorrow. So I am going to the gym tonight and will do UB pyramids there. Then tomorrow I will do MIC and LL, as I don't have L&G.

This rotation is really teaching me that I have it in me! I has been really great. I feel much more confident about my fitness level.
 
I did my MIC/L&G this morning and Becky you are right --- I say UNCLE too! This week has been neverending thigh torture. Seeing PUB in tomorrow's lineup is a relief but I won't think about the 30 minute run until the time to do it gets here.

The best thing about tomorrow is that once we get done our workouts, week 2 will finally be over and we can have our rest day. We're almost half way there girls!

Well my Jazz dance class was cancelled so I did MIC and Legs and Glutes. I was amazed that I did it all, as my legs were fried (especially during the inner thigh leg lifts at the end).
This afternoon I'll be doing Pyramid Upper Body. If I survive that I'll see if I have time for the add-on before walking to school to get my daughter.
I'm definitely looking forward to tomorrow's rest day! Week 2 of the rotation is almost finished...yippee!!!!

Hi everyone! Well, I slacked yesterday. My legs just were tired. So i went out for a walk and I practiced 3 combos for a step class i have to teach soon. so i broke a little sweat :)

today, RIGHT NOW i am going to do :) :

Legs and glutes

Okay I'm done and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I kind of wimped out on the two sets of explosive lunges on L&G's but I did them, they were a bit shallow. My legs and glutes are feeling better today. LM+IMAX2(1/2) yesterday about did me in though! I'm not crying uncle, no way. I'm too stubborn!! :) Tomorrow is going to feel like rest day with PUB/30 min run. They are calling for 30 to 40 mph wind gusts here tomorrow so I'll see how it is when I start my run. I should only do 15 minutes with that kind of head wind!!! If I feel I need to switch my w/o tomorrow with Sun and take my rest day tomorrow, I'll do it. We'll see what the weather does.

Off to eat Mexican!!!
