Good morning Rotationers!!
MM is now my favorite total body w/o. I did it for the first time yesterday and love it! The run wasn't bad, actually did the legs good.
Today is LowMax and 6-10 intervals of IMAX2
LowMax by itself is bad enough but IMAX2!! I believe this one will be as bad as it looks on paper!! This w/o reminds me of HCX#2 that alternates LowMax intervals with IMAX3 intervals. I have this planned for Monday's HCX w/o so I'll hit all three of the w/o's with this rotation.
