Hi girls! How's it going? Is everyone still on track?

I completed yesterday's "torture" and am moving on to today's!;)

I don't have MM so I'll be doing a mishmosh of the gymstyles. I am also no runner so I'll be doing the hi/lo from SJP.

I had DOMS yesterday and still seem to have some today...I'm sure tomorrow I'll be all FIRED up too from the GS series!}(
 
Hey...Good morning!!

I am right on track...I woke up this morning and ran intervals on my treadmill (10 minute warmup, 20 minutes of intervals, and 2 minute cool-down)and then I did MuscleMax afterwards. My legs were quite shaky on the leg work, but I made it.

Yep...Wendy you will be the DOMS queen this week!!

Today is rest day for week 3. I did an easy 2000 yards in the pool this morning, working out kinks and lactic acid. Tomorrow....start of week 4, although I am traveling to DD's swim meet this weekend, so week 4 will have a 2 day rest in the middle!
 
Ok Ladies inpite of being sick I am finally back on track! I forced myself and did do a workout last night:) It wasn't pretty but I gave it all I had. Today I feel much better and will be doing muscle max and a run. I want to run longer then 30 minutes so we will see. Good job everyone!

Well I mishmoshed my GS series to create a faux MM. I printed out all of the exercises in MM and did them or the closest exercise to it. I had to switch DVD's a few times which was a pain but for a once in a blue moon type of thing, it was fine. I am pumped now!

ETA: I used Muscle Endurance's warm up and stretch to make the weight work out complete.

I still have ab work to do and the cardio. I will do both when Joey goes down for a nap.

Time to for a bath for the little one so I gotta run for now!:)
