January rotation doers-C'mon down! Thurs 2/9

Hey gals.

Terri "barged in" on a thread to let me know that I forgot to start a check-in for us this morning! :p

So here it is!

I did Low max 1-4 and Imax 6-10 this morning on a 6" step. I didn't have time for the entire work out so I'm about to do the 4-7 premix of lowmax on an 8" step right now to finish it off for the day...wish me luck! YIKES!:eek:

How's everyone else doing?:)
 
Hey....it's all good in my neighborhood!!

I did Low Max and intervals 6-10 of IMAX2 before I went to work. I really wished I could have done all of IMAX2, but I just didn't have time. during my lunch time, I did some leg, glute and ab work. So now, I'm good to go.

I think I may have to switch up tomorrow and Saturdays workout. I didn't realize Legs and Glutes were on tap for tomorrow. After today's leg workout, I think I'd better hold off until Saturday. So I'm just making some slight changes, but will still get the work done.

Wendy - Todays workout is time consuming and I can certainly understand the need to split the workout...Just make it happen anyway...right?

I did 10-10-10 and then Circuit Max, and sweated buckets! Tomorrow is IMAX2 plus I think a run? and the weekend is heading to Chicagoland for DD swim meet.
 
Hey Wendy, I am glad you noticed my barging in :) I did the whole workout as wriiten and I liked it. At first I was dreading it but like Marietta I think I could have done all of imax2 but I plan a ss workout later so I didn't. I am looking forward to legs and glutes with MIc tomorrow :) Good job ladies!

Hi gals!

Well I set up my step at 8" for my afternoon work out to complete Low Max and no sooner did I start the warm up then my knee (which was not giving me trouble earlier) started to ache! YIKES! So I dropped it down to 6" and for some unknown reason that made the knee happy so I did the rest of Low Max on 6" as well. I was kinda bumbed but better than nothing.

I am finding that atleast for the Low Max interval premixes, 6" doesn't get my heart rate up like it used to! I am actually gaining good cardio endurance...something I never thought I'd attain!!! YEAY! Maybe this means if I try my hand at running some day (which I want to) I'll actually be able to handle it! :+

I don't have MIC for tomorrow so I'll probably do a hi/lo I taped off of fittv and then on to L&G...OUCH! I can feel the burn already! LOL }( My buns and thighs and calves are already fried up...L&G is gonna be T-O-R-T-U-R-E!!!!!:p :p :p
