January Rotation 1/4/05

KPC was my AM excercize. I rarely do this workout in its entirety due to lack of time but I got up extra early today and my legs are already sore. Maybe I should do this WHOLE workout more often!
 
Ciao tutti!

Today was KPC for me too. It was my first time. I really liked the workout, but I felt like suck a klutz! All of the moves on my right side were okay, but for some reason I just couldn't coordinate my left side. I looked liked quite a sight trying to do some of those combos.

Can't wait to get this one down...there is a lot a fun factor in this workout.

KPC UPDATE:

Major case of DOMS:

My a$$ and outer thigh muscles are screaming right now! I can only imagine what adding this workout to my weekly routine will do for my lower body. WOW!
