Hi, Aila. Geez...another day to stalk the Cathe boards waiting for a word on Hardcore. LOL
I am a bit mixed up with this rotation this week because of my hand. I thought today was Circuit Max, only to find out it was IMax2. I had my heart set on the circuit max cardio and lower body weights, so I did the hi/lo of Circuit Max, lower body weights on my weight bench, and 20 minutes on my treadmill. I was not very happy with the intensity of it all, but hopefully today I will get the ok from the Doc to start lifting again (barbell, dumbbells).
