January Rotation 1/18/05

Good morning everyone,

I didn't see a post, so I figured i would start it. Today was Body Max, but started feeling sick after the cardio. I have been having the sniffles, shakes etc since last night. I only did the cardio segments & I tacked on Seasun's abs from TNS. I definitely couldn't handle a half hour of upper body work. Hopefully i'll get a better workout in tomorrow. I need to get my rest. I really feel like I am getting the flu. I am going to veg out and relax for the rest of the day. Have a great day everyone!!

I'm a little off with the rotation. Sunday I did Stepfit, yesterday was Body Max since I was off work and had more time to work out. I took today as a rest day and will do Rhythmic Step tomorrow.

Good morning, I am really pushing hard to stay on this rotation, but so far so good. I don't have Bodymax, so I did SJP Step and Weights Circuit, then I added on the all weight segment also and the abs, planks and stretch segments. So I did the cardio and double weights, abs and stretch. I will feel this tomorrow, I think..!

I don't have the time on a weekday to do Body Max so I did Boot Camp instead. Will try to get BodyMax in on the weekend.

Good morning ladies.

This morning for me was ME. I have to say I am improving with this workout alot with every exercise. For example, Cathe uses a 10lb plate for leg presses, I use a 25lb plate; she use 40lbs for squats, I use 62lbs and manage to complete the squats. For one arm rows, she uses 16lbs, I use 20lbs. Now the bi's are something all together different, but I did much better this time around.

For me, I had the time this morning to get in all of Body Max so I did. This was the first Cathe I ever bought (eBay) and I remember to months back when I couldn't even get thru the step section.

Just a quick update on me...I had a follow-up with my orthopaedic this morning about my post-operation 'status'. The site where the cyst was removed keeps filling up with fluid/blood. He has equipped me with a 'wrist demobilizer' for a week to see if we can get the tissues to scar together properly. Anyway, no lifting weights with that hand. I am going to stick as close to this rotation as I possible can because I've NEVER completed a full Cathe rotation. I am going to do my best, but we'll see.

Thank you all!! I have been drinking tea all morning. My mom is actually bringing over some chicken soup. She is the best mom:* !!

Haydee- Good for you on those numbers!! That's great!

Gayle- Hope your hand heals quickly. I'm sure it's frustrating not being able to lift on that hand, but it will get better before you know it.

Today was Body Max. I got up extra early but actually the workout takes me more than 90 minutes as I intermittently stop to take a drink of water and collapse with exhaustion! LOL. It was more intense than I remembered but, of course, another great Cathe workout!

I don't have BodyMax either, so I thought I would do Cardio & Weights, and then for additional cardio I'll do a 3 mile run. It feels like Monday today.

Over the weekend when the rotation called for Stepfit, I did BodyMax because I don't have 90 minutes during the work week to do that. So today I had planned on doing AllStep because I don't have Stepfit. Well, let me tell you, I was so confused beginning with the first combo, that I stopped the tape and did IMax2 instead.

I can see that AllStep is going to take some practice...What were they doing?
