Good morning.
Today was Imax1, cardio gliding 37 min., and abs 20 min..

Mariángeles, yes I really enjoy gliding. It's fun and feels good on my legs! Have fun getting back to work.

Hi Bfj great workout. Now is 2: 33 PM in my country and I have finished with body max. Maybe the cathe's stayle , the outfits and the hair style, is better now but this workout is a superbest. You have everything cardio, lower body exercises and plyo, upper body endurance training and a killer abs.Tomorrow will be my rest day. I will do pilates and stretch.On tuesday I am going to complete the second week of my rotation. Yuupi.Have a great day everybody.

Forgot to add that today I did power yoga for 15 min. too.

Hi everyone!

I haven't posted in quite a while due to some tragic things that have happened in my life. Anyway, life is starting to get back on track, and in the meanwhile I've been really enjoying reading this forum! You guys are all awesome, and amazing workouts you really do!

I've been loosely following the January rotation, adding a few CTX-cardios on weight days. Also, I'm saving todays rest day for a week-day, since I really appreciate the extra time to sleep on a working day! So today I did tomorrows workout PLB, and added CTX Power Circuit cardio portion to it (I did it before PLB). Quite a workout! I couldn't go quite as heavy on PLB as I normally would, but now I'm feeling really tired all over, so I think I got a really good leg workout;)))! I'm just wondering if I'll be able to pull off Imax tomorrow... Plus I've had the worst craving for protein rich foods all afternoon. Cottage cheese, chicken, turkey....mmmm mmmm just to name a few... I got to stop this munching or I'll undo all the good I did earlier... how can this be so tough!!???

Anyway, hope it's okay to join in again, I probably won't be able to check in regularly, but it's so nice to share one of the best things in my life (especially now) with some fellow Catheites! I've really enjoyed reading all of your posts even through some really hard times in my life. I really wish everyone the best Sunday! enjoy!

Good morning.

MariaS-I am glad life is beginning to settle once again. I just came through the WORST 2 years of my life and I, too, am glad to be settling in again. Hang in there and keep up the great workouts!

Maria-I totally agree. I LOVE BODY MAX. It was my first Cathe and I always reach for it when I can't make up my mind!

Today is a rest day, and I took full advantage. My neice's baptism is today so I used the extra time this morning to get me and my boys ready.

I am pumped for Week 2 of this January rotation!

Good morning everyone,

Today is my rest day. I love Body Max too!! It's one of my favorite workouts by Cathe. I was going to do some yoga today, but I think I have a little stomach bug. Went to the movies last night. It's probably all that buttery popcorn I ate. I'm just going to bum around all day. Have a great Sunday!!

Gayle, thanks for your support! Exercising really does help in difficult times. Strong body, strong mind... something like that I suppose. Glad things are looking up for you too.

By the way; I just made the yummiest munch food; cottage cheese mixed with a few crushed nuts and some sweetener! Mmmm....delicious for protein cravings! (As you can tell I'm still on my munching spree...heeellpp!!!) Anybody else suffer from protein munchies???

Today was supposed to be a rest day but I did PLB as I will not be able to work out on Friday. I am back to working 12 hour nights (just once a week), but I don't work out if I know I have to stay up all night!

Hello everyone. Back to work tomorrow. Blah! Grrr! Anyway...

Today I did Imax2 and tried to learn a section of Patrick Goudeau's Step My Way. I also did the floorwork from Firm Volume I and the bonus Stability ball workout on Kathy Smiths LWTLW 2 and the abs. I was going to do PLB to get a headstart on next week,(instead of all that floor and ball work) but decided to just wait until tomorrow.

I really do like BodyMax, too. Can't wait til it is time for that one in the rotation! yay!
