Glad you’re enjoying the live workouts so much and the modifications too. Tennis elbow is tricky. Physical therapy exercises are great for it.
It's been a recovery saga, for sure. Definitely PT exercises and also lots of dry needling. I also wear an air cast anytime I'm doing any heavy lifting.

I'm grateful it's moved far beyond its early injury phase where even picking up a glass of water was painful. It just gets finicky now when I do traditional bicep curls - so those or barbell curls always have to stay light. But I can thankfully heavy up if doing hammer or sweeper curls, so I'm glad I can at least do that! Thanks, Cathe!
 
I am not sure how anyone else would feel about this...I am ok if the camera didn't move and simply stayed on Cathe for the entire workout. Aesthetically, I wonder if some like to see a different view during the workout and like that the camera person is moving around. For me, I am focused on Cathe and doing the workout correctly and i would be good with the camera in the front of the class focused on Cathe. Just a different perspective. ;-)
I am feeling feeling ok with this above and it makes sense.

I do not need to focus on any questionable form to the risk of being judgmental!
