Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday Jan 23, 2020 at 9:15am EST we’ll be doing “Ramped Up Total Body” Live! Lots of equipment variety in this high intensity workout! Get ready to ramp it up by alternating 7 upper body exercises with 7 lower body exercises and then repeat the cycle again with another 7 (all different) upper and lower body exercises.

Equipment Needed:

A stability ball

A set of 5, 8, 10, 12 & 15 pound handweights

A medium tension resistance tube

Two gliding devices

A fitness mat7025

I am already anticipating the popularity of it and seeing the future bring a 2nd and 3rd incarnation of it, like your PHAs and Total Body Giant Sets. :)
