Happy New Year Everyone! I hope you’re all enjoying your new Lift, Move & Restore workouts! Our kickstart rotation this year will visit these new workouts along with some heavier weight routines and some mixed impact cardio. January is the perfect time to set the tone for the new year, including how we want to approach our fitness schedule. This kickstart rotation includes some intense routines, but healing and recovery also play a big role. Whether you’ve been struggling in your fitness journey or are on your game, use this month to re-group and set some goals for yourself, no matter how big or how small! We’ve got this!

Thank you - I've already set myself up to do the 8 week rotation from the LMR user's guide, but when I'm done with that, I may give this a whirl!
