Hi,
On this rotation, Cathe has written "KickMax and Low Impact Step, cardio only". Does she mean, *don't* do the blasts in LIS? Or don't do the leg conditioning drills in KM? Or, do LIS with the blasts, but don't go on and do the seperate weight workout on the LIS dvd?
Confused, and not wanting to do extra
