Janis Saffel's Brand New Butt Plus Pilates...

I have this coming in the mail today (yeah Collage Video and their excellent customer service!) so I'm wondering if anyone here has this and what you think about the workout?

I decided to order it after I saw the band work...the exercises look great and something new that I'm not currently doing.

I'm surprised by the number of hits to this post but no replies...I don't think this workout is new??

I just received this dvd from collage last week. I have it scheduled into my rotation next week - so I have not done it yet - but I thought it looked different - and fun! I read good reviews on it - so I am looking forward to it. I think I am getting ready to order PowerStrike (I read about it in another Cathe thread!)- I love getting new workouts!
