janis saffell work outs

I love and have all cathes kickbox work outs and will be getting the new kickmax.

I also love Janis Saffell for a change. I have the hardcore kickbox circuit and the quick fix total cardio kick. I would love some intense work outs with janis and her husband I like them both as instructors. I do wear weighted gloves to make her work outs more intense. I can't seem to find any new ones out. I have only looked on collage video maybe I should check her websight for newer work outs.
Do any of you have a favorite that I could check in too?. I do want intense. I hope you all have a wonderful day.

I have looked on collage video and several other work out sights and didn't see that one.Do you know what websight I may find it at?. Thank you.

CIA video is having a sale until the end of the month. If you buy one of their VHS, you can get a DVD for free! It gave me a good excuse to purchase CIA9907 Kick It! by Janis. They don't have Strike Zone, which I have tried (and liked). But there are a couple of kickboxing videos by Janis Saffell, Sherri Jackqlyn, Terrie Reeves, or Debbie Burns you could look into.

(My DVD purchase was CIA2401 Awesome Strength, by Mindy Mylrea.)
