Jan Rotation 1-30

Well I guess I need this thread one more day since I have a 30 min run to do before I can officially say I have finished the rotation. I so glad I got in BodyMax and IMAX3 yesterday. IMAX3 is one I don't want to see again for a long long time!!!

What's everybody else doing today until we see what Cathe is going to put out for Feb?
 
Hey Jane and Phyllis,

I hope you don't mind me posting in here,I know it was for Cathes Jan. rotation. Today I will do GS/MIS back with ME abs and maybe the LM blast. Don't know what foot will do.

I am doing the Building Muscle and DEfinition rotation of Fitnessfreak366. Phyllis you will enjoy this one.

Jane-Did you see results from the Jan rotation? You did well finishing the rotation.

Hello ladies! I did Pyramid Lower Body this morning and will jump on my NordicTrack after work for 40 minutes. I am going to try spiltting my workouts this month.

I am logging on here constantly to see if Cathe has posted yet!:) Still may go on my own this month...

Congratulations on finishing this month!

Since I will be leaving on Fridayy for a vacation this week will just be 5 days of my own choosing. We tend to use the Treadmill almost daily where we ae going , so I will stay off of it for now.

Sunday 1/29: Kick Max omitted leg conditioning drills and added on 300 jumping jacks.
Monday 1/30: Hard core Extreme # 1

Not sure about next 3 days but will most likely get in another interval day and a total body day at the very least.

Hi Everyone!

Today I just did my own thing & tried some new stuff. I did I Want Those Arms with Tamilee Webb and Aerobic Stability ball with Patrick G , off of FitTV. Not advanced workouts at all, but fun. Then I joined you Jane and did a 30 min. - 3 mile run.

Now it's off to the shower!!

I had my fun this morning with Christi Taylor's Totally Cool Step. There's a bonus cardio option I took to extend the workout. I finished up with some ab work.

After all we did in the last 4 weeks it's funny that I feel like a slacker even though today's workout ended up being 1 hour 20 minutes!

Good morning everyone,

Like you all, I am waiting to see what Cathe comes up with for next month. I am playing catch up in the meantime, did Imax 3 and ab hits today. Tomorrow will be KPC, since I subbed that one out last week.

Just checking in to say that I have declared this a rest day with only some stretching. I have ditched the run. I have been so fatigued all day and my calves and hamstrings are very tight. I am going to try to recover from this January rotation before the February rotation comes out. I'm trying not to care that I left out an element of the rotation. Sometimes OCD really sucks!! x(
