Jan rotation 1/28 LAST DAY!!!!!

JAFitMama

Cathlete
Can we believe it? We have come this far or almost this far in this rotation? :D :D :D What does everyone think about it? I am pleased that I could accomplish the workouts! I have noticed an increased apetite. But my choices have really been much healthier than in Nov/Dec. Of course I re-adopted food journaling this month too and it has made me accountable.

today is Imax3 and a 30" interval spin to complete the rotation.

Great job Judy! And, how great that your DH is working out too! Way to go!

Thanks Debbie!!

PS- I have to thank you for encouraging me to stretch obsessively for my PF. The stretching + puzzle mats + using the bike when the flare ups were at their worst has really helped me to minimize it! I am also wearing my Ryka gym Trainers MOST of the time.

Yipee! I don't have IMAX 3 so I did IMAX 1 followed by 30 minutes of intervals on the NordicTrack.

I feel so accomplished today. This has been a tough month but I am so proud I continued on with it. I feel tighter and stronger than before!

Congratulations to all of you! Susan

Now I really wish I wasn't two days behind!!! I want to be finished too!! I did KPC, 500 jumping jacks and 10 minutes of pretend (I don't have a rope) jump rope, it still works you good though, 5 min calf stretching...

Now if I can get Body Max in this evening, I will but I'm not going to sweat it if I can't, I'll just finish up Monday.

Gotta run!!!

Woo Hoo! I am soo happy for all of us! This was one tough rotation. Thanks everyone for the support.

I did my 30 minute interval run before IMAX3. Almost the whole way thru IMAX3 I was at or near anaerobic. A new record for my HRM - 540 calories. That topped the 495 I got when we did Low Max and IMAX2 6-10 (remember that one? ugh!).

1879 calories burned for the whole week. I did step on the scale this morning and I've lost one pound over the month. Haven't done my body fat % or measurements yet.

:) :) :) Congrats everyone!:) :) :)

Great Job Everyone!! It was a tough one!! I finished with IMAX3 and IMAX2 int 1,2,3,4,9, &10! I do like int 9. I have a tough time with IMAX3 blast 1 & 7. I despise the straddle taps - i cant keep up. I think my problem with #1 is that it's the first one, It might not be so bad later in the WO.

Wow, TK, what a great burn. I only scored 315 for my WO today. The entire week put me at 1073.Yesterday, I was down 2 lbs, but I don't do any other measurements(I'm too lazy).

Jane , you had a difficult month, so don't worry about being behind. It doesnt matter!!

I think I'm havein an endorphin high right now!

What's everyone doing next month! Phyllis

Hi Phyllis. I don't know what I'm doing next month either. I guess I'm going to see what Cathe posts for February. It would be great if we all could do a rotation together again. How does the rest of the crew feel about that?

I agree with you on interval 7. That one has a high dread factor. #1 is okay but I can't do it at the same pace as Cathe. Tapping faster seems to be easier than tapping slower so I end up on the wrong foot every time!

You guys have all done so great today!!!!!!

I am skipping Imax3 and run, for several reasons. One, IMAX3 is NOT a favorite of mine. But mostly it's because it's almost 60 degrees and sunny and I don't want to waste this gift of a day, working out inside!! DH & I are going to walk the golf course. It's a hilly course, so it'll be a good walk. NOT comparable to what's on the rotation but at least I'm not skipping a workout all together.
I find it hard a lot of the time on weekends to stick to a DVD workout unless I get up while DH & DD are still sleeping and do it....because it's just hard to take up the main room and TV later to workout!
Anyway, enough excuses! I'm anxious to see what Cathe has in store for us for February and YES, I'm all for following a rotation together again!!! The support is AWESOME!!!!! Thanks everybody for motivating me to get through the super tough Jan. rotation!!!!!

Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend!!

:D

We had a wonderful hilly walk outside and enjoyed it very much! It's just such a treat to have a day like this at the end of January in Ohio!!!:) We took a 70 minute walk and by the end my legs felt tight and I was even slightly sweaty, so I know I got a good workout!
If I feel like it this evening, I might jump on the stationary bike for a 30 min. interval ride.......just so I feel like I stayed at least a little true to todays rotation workout.;-)

Phyllis, I hope you got outside and enjoyed the wonderful day !!
I want to work on strength in Feb. too. Specifically UPPER BODY. I'm anxious to see what Cathe puts out there.

Hey everybody.... I didn't get in Body Max this evening but I didn't really expect to. DH is in here right now watching TV and it is 10:10 at night. We just got home from eating a little over an hour ago. We went out with friends and were out a little later than we usually are when it is just DH and myself.

Have a great day with DD. We went shopping but only for a couple of specific things we each needed. I bought the book a "You - The Owner's Manual" by Michael Roizen, MD and Mehmet Oz, MD. I saw part of their show on FitTV this week and liked what I saw. I'm anxious to read the book.

Count me in on the rotation next month. I hope there is more strength building too. Doing Power Hour yesterday, I really noticed a loss in strength in the upper body. The legs are fine, they have been worked to death this month!!

This rotation really was great and even better because all of you were there. I'll probably finish on Monday but I will finish!!
