Jan Rotation - 1-27

Good morning fellow rotationers!!

Today for me will be Power Hour, 400 walking lunges, 500 sit ups (yeah right... make that crunches for me!!), and 10 sets of 8 push ups!!:eek: The push ups may take me a while, I'm a push up weanie!!!

Hi Jane and everyone who follows!!!

Today is Bodymax. It sounds strange not to add crunches, lunges, jacks or something!!! But Bodymax alone is a very thorough workout, so it's ENOUGH!!!! I'm already sore from the past 2 days of torture!! :p I might add on abs from KPC since I skipped them the other day. It's just that after 500 crunches,I didn't feel the need to do more!!

I'm so glad it's Friday!:D TGIF everyone!!
 
Morning all! Thanks for all the praise about early morning WO's! It's the only way I can get them accomplished! I enjoy having my time without any hubub going on around me. It's too easy to get distracted when the rest of the family is awake. Anyway, I know I'm not the only earlybird. Susan, I see you're up at 4:15 also. Way to go!!

Bodymax today. I did it with an 8in step as I had a little extra energy today. Felt good, although, I don't think 8 in is too terrific for the knees. Later gal. Phyllis

Phillis- I agree this check- in has been helpful in getting psyched up for doing these workouts!

BM step and PCC are done. Shortly I will tackle the UB segment. I am feeling DOMS today in my quads and mildly in my glutes. It made the step and power citcuit segment a bit more challenging that usual for me.

Only one more day to go and we will have completed this rotation!

What is everyone doing next? We leave for a 7 day vacation next Friday. So I need just 5 days next week. And then I'll have to reevaluate what to do for the rest of Feb.

I agree about this check in! When I am working out and wanting to give up it's so good to know there are others going through the same thing! It's helped me push through!

Today was BodyMax. My tummy was on fire during all the ab work! They have been worked hard this week!

I think I might do Cathe's Fat Loss and Muscle Definition rotation next. It depend on what's on her agenda for February!

Good morning everyone,

Bodymax on tap, but I just did it last week, too boring to repeat back to back, so I did SJP/SB premix 7, with the SB step and challenge segments and the weight segments from SJP, abs and stretch. 81 minutes of good stuff!

Tomorrow is Imax 3 and ab hits. Have a good weekend .
 
Body Max done. I subbed a half hour of my new Christi Taylor DVD for the step portion and picked up Body Max from the leg circuits on.

Yes, this thread has helped me stay accountable. It's nice to know that others are experiencing the same thing. The biggest drawback about working out at home with videos is that it's so solitary. When I went to the roadtrip last July it was wonderful to be able to talk to others who do the same thing for exercise. I don't think any of us shut up all weekend!

Speaking of road trip, I see they are taking polls for this year's Road Trip on Ask Cathe. Anyone here planning to go? I will probably go because it is pretty close to home. Last year's hotel was only 10 miles closer to the gym than the drive from my house to the gym. I won't make that mistake again!

I'm done... PH, 500 crunches, 400 walking lunges (without stopping), and 80 pushups and I'm not telling you how long it took me to do those!!! I am so bad at pushups, I think it has a lot to do with RA being so active in my wrists, even though I use the DB's to push up on, my wrists are still pretty weak.
