Jan 06 Let's Work Rotation

Hi All!

I started this rotation this past Saturday. This is the second Cathe rotation I've done -the first one I did was Aug 05 Bootcamp (did in Jan of this year). What can I expect with this rotation? I don't want to lose muscle (have been doing strength 2 x per week - MM and all the GS). Last night was Low Max and CTX Kickbox both I did with weighted gloves to help with the arms. Couldn't stop there, last night I put in Amy's HLX and did that as well.

Any feedback on this rotation is appreciated.

Help - tonight was warm up and 1st 5 intervals of Imax plus second half of MIC - which I assumed is the step and blast portion. Total this was just over 60 minutes, rotation says 90 min per day - am I missing something?

Quick help needed on that while I'm warmed up as well as tips and pointers and ideas of what to expect from this rotation.

Really appreciate the help!

I did this rotation and it kicked my butt! Not every day was the full 90 minutes (thankfully) so don't worry about tonight's workout length. As for the results, I did get a bit smaller (I don't weigh myself so I can only tell how my clothes fit) and I didn't lose muscle. I just followed the rotation with a heavy weight rotation (1 body part per day) and saw no decrease in strength (but huge gains in cardiovascular endurance). And if I recall correctly, I needed more sleep, drank more water than I usually do, and was a bit hungrier.
